Order cancelled from nowhere. Support being nice and apologetic, asking me to order again after having lost a week, gave me $15 coupon. Too cheap imo. Then on reorder of course some components used in BOM was finished and had to be replaced. Very annoying first experience but nice support.

As a electronic hobbyists I have been using JLCPCB manufacturing service for over two years. During that time, I have made over 15 orders. Absolutely always every order was perfect, without any kind of problems. PCB’s are great quality, prices are low and most important, manufacturing is really quick!! Both 2 and 4 layer PCB’s are absolutely amazing. They also have great SMT Assembly service, I have used it few times, when I don’t have time to assemble PCB’s by myself, or I’m doing small batch of certain project. All in all, I’m completely satisfied with their service, and I definitely recommend it!!!

I have ordered 6 times and everything was perfect on every occasion. The quality of the boards, stencil masks and packaging are of the highest level. DHL courier charges are expensive, but so fast, and the option to pay duty/tax at checkout is very convenient. Excellent service.

As a hobbyist i'm not a professional PCB designer. I delivered incomplete layers and they kindly reminded me of that within several hours. Very good service and good quality PCB's at low costs.

Good prices and that's the only good thing. Almost impossible to deal with. I bought PCB's from 10 houses in China and they are the worst. Communication is terrible, zero flexibility, rigid system.
They do not understand how to install a part, so I have to options: Cancel the job and start from scratch, or Do not Install and trash. They cannot accept to ship a part which they think they do not know how to install because they cannot find pin1 on the silkcreen.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. Too many troubles to list here. I will avoid them regardless of cost.

Ordered 10 PCB's of the design and chose the fastest shipment option. The order was still really cheap as well. As a newbie I uploaded the wrong file and they kindly told me only 10-15 minutes after uploading how to fix it and what should be uploaded. The building time took 3 days max as promised with lots of updates in between and shipment was very fast and arrived 2 days earlier then expected so that was a nice surprise. If I have some more PCB designs that have to be manufactured, this is the place I will order them from.

Uploaded my Gerber file on 8/16, boards were delivered 8/20. All I can say is fantastic job, absolutely the best. They were in constant communication with me, updating delivery schedules. $8.70 USD for 5 boards, and $17.66 USD to ship; a little over $5.00 USD per board. Thank you JLCPCB

It went very well, the product received is of high quality and I received the PCBs after 20 days despite having chosen the economic shipping. The overall cost is very low.
The web platform is very accurate, during the order it allows you to preview the Gerber files, after the order it is possible to follow the production steps online.
